Electroless nickel plating is a process that utilizes an autocatalytic chemical reduction to deposit a nickel alloy with an even thickness.  This type of coating is used most often to prevent wear and corrosion.  Electroless nickel is widely used because it offers such a uniform deposit that is often required for high precision parts.  This type of plating more readily fills recesses and pits in the metal surface resulting in a uniform surface finish.  We offer a mid-phos finish and a black finish.
